Prefabricated buildings are produced as a demounted system. All parts used in the assembly of prefabricated structures starting from panel systems are produced with seamless construction technology and made ready for shipment by palletizing and packaging to be shipped to the area where it will be installed.
Metal parts of prefabricated buildings are produced and prepared in the desired dimensions and style in roll sheet processing machines called rollform. All materials of prefabricated buildings are designed in computer environments with CAD programs and plans and projects are created for production in the production area.

In the prefabricated area, the thickness of the walls, which are called as standard buildings, are produced as 6 - 8 - 10 cm press panels and 2 pieces of concrete are used in 1 cm thickness. The isolation material put in between is 4cm in 6cm wall, 6cm in 8cm wall and 8cm in 10cm wall.
